  • Free amendments for 3 months to ensure your plan continues to be fit for purpose following feedback from colleagues, lenders or investors

Price range: £1000 to £2,750 + VAT

  • Ongoing Business Planning Service

Your Business Plan needs to be dynamic and responsive, so we’ll come back every 3 months to review progress, revise your plan and maintain momentum.

Price range: £1000 to £1,500 + VAT

  • Customer Aquisition

Generate a fully detailed Promotional Plan to acquire the number of customers required to meet the targets in your Business Plan.

Price range: £1,000 to £2,000 + VAT

  • Client Retention

Calculate how much extra profit can be obtained by improving customer retention. Use a third of this potential profit to fund retention strategies to deliver it and leave two thirds on your bottom line.
