To grow or not to grow?
You will need to win more customers and increase the infrastructure to service them and hence have a growing cash requirement to fund your desired growth. In fact most business failure comes because of an underestimation of the cash requirement to get to that next level, so it is vital that you invest sufficient time to ensure you are taking a calculated and considered risk.
Bear in mind that growth does not mean the same thing to every business. For some it’s rapid and/or expansive and for others it just means better, different, more or less of something in relation to want you want to create and achieve in your business and life.
